Defective / Incorrect Item(s) Received

There is strictly NO refund or returns of all purchases unless item(s) is/are found to be incorrect or has/have defects. In the event of defective or incorrect item(s) received, we will require the following action from you;

(i) email us at [email protected] within [3] working days from the date you received the item; OR

(ii) Send us a Direct Message ("DM") on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/play.learn.grow_/ ) within [3] working days from the date you received the item.

Please indicate your order number, a snapshot of the defective or incorrect item, and the description of the defect(s) if any. Our customer service team will respond within two working days and furnish you with details on returns. 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item(s) must be in the original packaging. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe return of the parcel. Therefore, it is highly recommended to return the item(s) by Signed For (Registered) postage or other traceable service such as courier deliveries. Any shipping costs will be borne by the customer. 

Play Learn Grow will not be liable for any mail lost via non-traceable delivery services.

If the item(s) is/are returned to us in the stipulated time frame and in the same condition as they were originally sent, your return will be processed. All items not returned to us within the stipulated time frame or not in its original condition will be rejected and sent back to you. Shipping cost will be borne by you if such incident occur.

Refunds

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping initially paid will be deducted from your refund.

All orders not reported to us within the stipulated time frame will be considered as accepted and fulfilled.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace any of our policy, terms and conditions at any time, without any prior notification. Play Learn Grow reserves the right to the final decision in the event of a dispute.
